Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by K3 Deal Advisory — a trading name of K3 Advisory Group Limited — to identify and mitigate any risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.
Our business
K3 Deal Advisory provides corporate finance and capital advisory services to businesses across the UK mid-market. Our work is advisory and intellectual in nature, with a low inherent risk profile for modern slavery exposure.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain principally comprises office facilities, IT infrastructure, professional advisers (legal, accounting and tax) and corporate services suppliers. We expect all suppliers to operate to high ethical standards and to comply with relevant modern slavery legislation.
Our policies
K3 Deal Advisory operates under group-wide policies on whistleblowing, anti-bribery, ethical conduct and supplier engagement. These policies apply to all members of the K3 Deal Advisory team.
Due diligence
Where we engage new suppliers, we expect them to confirm their compliance with applicable modern slavery laws and to flag any concerns relating to their own supply chain. The K3 Advisory Group maintains ongoing oversight of supplier engagement.
Training and awareness
The team receives periodic awareness updates on ethical conduct, anti-bribery and broader compliance topics. Concerns can be escalated through the group whistleblowing route at any time.
