Adrian Howells

Adrian Howells is a Managing Director at K3 Deal Advisory, advising SME owners, management teams and private equity investors on exits and acquisitions. A qualified chartered accountant with over 10 years of deal experience, he also brings a background as a CFO and financial controller to his advisory work.

Adrian specialises in sell-side transactions, buy-side mandates and Employee Ownership Trusts, and is known for running efficient, commercially focused processes that deliver outcomes aligned with clients' long-term objectives. His hands-on CFO experience gives him an understanding of business operations that informs both his financial analysis and his client advice.

He works closely with owner-managed businesses across the North West and nationally, bringing a practical and direct approach to transactions of all sizes.
