Paul Billingham is a Managing Director and board member at K3 Deal Advisory and co-founder of Knight Corporate Finance alongside Adam Zoldan. He began his career in 1993 at Martin Dawes Telecommunications and progressed to Commercial Director at TalkTalk Business, where he held direct M&A responsibility.
Under his leadership Knight Corporate Finance completed over 200 transactions in the technology sector, with notable deals including the sales of EnableX to Gamma Communications plc, Zest4 to Focus Group and Network Telecom to Enreach. He brings deep sector knowledge and a broad buyer network built over decades of operating at the centre of UK technology M&A.
