Chris Collins

Chris Collins is a Director at K3 Deal Advisory based in Manchester. He joined the Knight Corporate Finance team in May 2019 from a Manchester corporate finance firm where he focused on advising owner-managed businesses on disposals, and previously worked at a North West boutique advising high-growth technology and biotechnology companies on capital raises.

Chris brings experience across the full spectrum of technology and growth-sector transactions, with a particular emphasis on sell-side M&A for owner-managed and founder-led businesses in the North West. His understanding of both the disposal and capital-raising markets in the technology space gives clients a well-rounded advisory perspective.

He is known for his client-focused approach and his ability to bring commercial clarity to transactions where growth narratives and buyer positioning are central to achieving the best outcome.
