John Hunt is a Director at K3 Deal Advisory and one of three founding Directors of the firm's deal advisory division. He joined the K3 group in 2014 and brings over 30 years of experience spanning industry and practice, including senior roles at PwC and BDO.
John has worked extensively in the USA and Scandinavia within the electricity utilities and renewable energy sectors, and has experience advising on transactions from both sides of the deal table. His international background and deep sector knowledge make him particularly effective on cross-border mandates and deals in the energy and infrastructure space.
He is known for his commercial judgement, his long-term client relationships and his ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions with clarity and precision.
