Katie Horsfield

Katie Horsfield is an M&A Adviser at K3 Deal Advisory specialising in technology and telecoms transactions. She joined K3 in 2024, bringing experience that includes qualifying as a chartered accountant at Deloitte in 2018, followed by commercial finance roles and a period focused on TMT mid-market corporate finance advisory.

Katie manages end-to-end sell-side M&A processes and is known for her resilience, energy and direct client engagement. Her advisory background in technology and telecoms gives her an in-depth understanding of the buyer landscape and value drivers that matter most to acquirers in those sectors.

She is based in K3's Manchester office and brings a commercially focused approach to transactions alongside her technical accounting grounding.
