Tom Kennedy joined K3's deal execution team in 2026, bringing experience as a private equity-focused technology research analyst with a specialism in cybersecurity. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Manchester alongside investment and corporate finance qualifications.
Tom supports M&A execution and management teams across the deal process, contributing financial analysis and sector research to live mandates. His technology research background gives him a detailed understanding of buyer dynamics and sector positioning in the software and cybersecurity markets.
He is based in K3's London office and works across the firm's transaction execution function.
